  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons. 

Orders that are received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be scheduled for delivery on the next earliest available business day.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $150.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: $10 for orders under $150.
  • An administrative fee of $10 applies in the event of unsuccessful delivery, postponement, or cancellation of order.

4. International Shipping
Currently, we are unable to offer international delivery. We only ship within Singapore at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order status on our website using the tracking number provided.
